Trip to Zanzibar – 12/13 days of exotic vacation and a real tropical paradise! We have prepared for you an arrangement that includes a stay in a 3-star hotel, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the country - Kendvi. This will be our base from which we will go on excursions all over the island. The hotel has a restaurant of local cuisine, where you must try some of the Zanzibar specialties, as well as a beach volleyball court, a beach bar and a swimming pool where you will see some of the most beautiful sunsets. Kendwa is one of the most popular destinations to visit this African gem, known for its soft white sand, crystal blue ocean and colorful marine life. This arrangement offers a peaceful escape where you can relax, enjoy the sunny beach and immerse yourself in the rich local culture. The perfect blend of luxury, providing accommodation in a beach hotel, natural beauty and the local Zanzibar lifestyle. Get ready for wandering the streets of Stone Town, shopping at local stalls, laughing and socializing with locals and the best local guides, but above all for enjoying the beaches in the north of the island where there is no famous phenomenon of the ocean receding due to tides.

Itinerary
DAY 1: Group Gathering and Departure
Group gathering at Nikola Tesla Airport two hours before the flight. Flight from Belgrade at 14:00 (FZ 1746) with a layover in Dubai. Arrival in Dubai at 21:10 local time.
Transportation: Air ticket with all taxes from Belgrade to Zanzibar, in economy class with 20 kg checked baggage and 7 kg hand luggage.

DAY 2: Arrival in Zanzibar
Flight to Zanzibar at 00:30 (FZ 1685). Arrival in Zanzibar at 05:15. Transfer to accommodation in Kendwa and enjoy this amazing place until the afternoon check-in. Zanzibar – the island of spices and mysteries. Although part of Tanzania today, Zanzibar has always been a world of its own. Throughout history, Zanzibar has been ruled by Persians, Portuguese, and Arabs, absorbing aspects of all these cultures in an incredible way.

DAY 3: Optional Excursion – Stone Town, Prison Island, and Nakupenda
In the morning, we embark on an optional excursion – a tour of Stone Town and exploration of its most interesting attractions – the house where Freddie Mercury lived, narrow and lively streets and squares, Old Fort, House of Wonders, museums, local market, sounds, colors, and scents of Africa! The name Stone Town means "Old Town" in Swahili. The town has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2000. Then we head to Prison Island, located north of Stone Town, which got its name from the place where prisoners and slaves were once kept. Today, it is a peaceful place where we will enjoy swimming and socializing with giant turtles brought to this place in the 19th century from the Seychelles. Some of the turtles are over 100 years old, and we will have the opportunity to feed and pet them. We end the day with a visit to Nakupenda Beach, which is actually a sandbar in the middle of the ocean. We enjoy the hot sand and swim in the turquoise waters of the Tanzanian coast. Return to accommodation.

DAY 4: Optional Excursion – Spice Farm and Paje
We embark on a tour of a Spice Farm and Paje. At the farm, we will enjoy the scents and flavors for which this island is famous – vanilla, saffron, cloves, cinnamon. After the Spice Farm tour, we head to Paje, one of the most famous kite-surfing spots in the world. Enjoy cocktails, incredible food, sunbathing, lounging in deck chairs, and we will also have the opportunity to see dolphins in their natural habitat. Return to accommodation.

DAY 5: Optional Excursion – Blue Safari
Optional Blue Safari excursion – we visit the most beautiful beaches of the island and go snorkeling. We will have the opportunity to sail on traditional Zanzibar dhows, which are quite unique and characteristic of this part of the world. We visit sandbars that disappear under the onslaught of the most beautiful turquoise sea – playing with the tide. Enjoy the flavors of Zanzibar – lobsters, seafood, coconuts, mangoes, and other tropical fruits. Return to accommodation.

DAY 6: Optional Excursion – The Rock, Star Fish, and Kae Funk
Optional excursion – The Rock, Star Fish, and Kae Funk. A relaxing day, created for complete enjoyment of the ocean, cocktails, and Zanzibari cuisine. We start the day with swimming in the Blue Lagoon while accompanied by various fish and starfish. We then proceed to the world-famous, and also the most famous restaurant in Zanzibar – The Rock. The old fishing rock since 2010 has been an unavoidable place visited by all Zanzibar visitors. The most beautiful chill zone on the western part of Mićamwi (Michamwi). After lunch and obligatory photography on the "Rock", we continue to one of the many Zanzibari beach bars – Kae Funk. We spend the whole afternoon swimming and sipping well-known Zanzibari cocktails on the beach while watching an interesting dance show. With the sounds of African music, we eagerly await the sunset, which is especially beautiful on the Zanzibar coast. Return to accommodation.

DAY 7: Sightseeing - Visit to Primary School and Village Tour
A day to visit a primary school and take a village tour. We will learn about the way of life of the local population and how the education system works in Zanzibar. The rest of the day is free for activities and enjoying the beach. Return to accommodation.

DAY 8: Optional Excursion - Mnemba Island and Maasai Tribe
Optional excursion – Mnemba Island and Maasai Tribe. We visit Mnemba Island, where we can enjoy the crystal-clear Indian Ocean. Get ready for snorkeling and exploring the underwater world, where various fish, turtles, dolphins, etc. are found... On the way back, after Mnemba, we visit the Maasai tribe, where we will have the opportunity to get to know the culture and customs of this people. Return to accommodation.

DAY 9: Free Day in Kendwa
For those who are adventurous, we can offer an optional safari excursion to Mikumi National Park on the mainland of Tanzania. Mikumi is the fourth largest national park in Tanzania. It is located 300 km from Dar es Salaam, the largest port city in Tanzania. This national park is the natural habitat of giraffes, zebras, elephants, wildebeests, leopards, hippopotamuses, hyenas, crocodiles, and lions. For those who are not adventurous, we leave free time to enjoy the most beautiful beaches of this island.

Check-out and transfer to the airport. Flight from Zanzibar at 08:05 (FZ 1260) with a layover in Dubai. Arrival in Dubai at 15:00 local time. Connection to the flight. Flight to Belgrade at 18:55 (FZ 1749). Arrival in Belgrade at 22:50.
