Departure at 8.00 a.m. from hotel reception/accommodation address.
After half an hour drive, we arrive at the Turkish cape in the strait of Verige and the narrowest part of Boka bay, where a morning coffee / breakfast(optional) and photo break is planned.
After break, the road continues further to Perast - the quietest town of Boka with about 400 inhabitants, which lies at the foot of St. Ilija Hill, which attracts numerous travelers, sea-lovers, artists, and all those who want peace and beauty.
Here, between many narrow streets, we visit the most monumental buildings such as Church of St.Nikola with a 55m high bell tower, Church of St. Ana, decorated by frescoes of the famous Baroque painter Tripo Kokolja, and many palaces of the most notable Perast families Bujović, Zmajević, Smekija.
After town sightseeing tour, the boat goes to Our Lady of Rock island which along with island of St. George represent probably the most characteristic feature of the city.
Island of St. George with its Benedictine monastery from the 9th century, was created naturally, while Our Lady of Rocks is artificial island (on which the church of the same name is located) formed by long-standing filling of stone on a base made up of sinked ships.
After visiting the island Our Lady of Rocks, free time for individual activities in Perast.Return to Herceg Novi is planned around 2 p.m.
