We are based on the largest and main island, Mahe, with the option to choose between budget and comfort accommodations, either in a lodge or the Coral Strand hotel right on the beach. During our trip, we’ll visit the capital, Victoria, relax on the world’s most beautiful and photogenic beaches – Port Launay, Anse Major, Anse Lazio, and Anse Source d'Argent, enjoy the taste of the best rum at the Takamaka distillery, and visit Praslin, one of the most beautiful islands in the world, and La Digue, where we’ll get to know the incredible nature of these granite and coral islands, lush vegetation, jungles, and wildlife. Seychelles is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Day 1: Group Gathering and Departure Gathering at Belgrade’s "Nikola Tesla" Airport two and a half hours before the flight. We are heading east towards the Indian Ocean. Flight from Belgrade at 11:55/12:40 (QR 232) with a layover in Doha. Arrival in Doha at 18:50/18:40 local time. Day 2: Arrival in Seychelles Connection to the flight. Flight to Seychelles at 02:50 (QR 678). Arrival in Mahe at 08:30. Welcome to paradise! Transfer to accommodation in Mahe. Free time for rest on the beach. Seychelles is located in the Indian Ocean, about 1600 kilometers from the eastern coast of Africa. The largest islands are Mahe, Praslin, and La Digue, with many smaller island groups. Due to its position between the 4th and 10th degrees of south latitude, the islands enjoy a tropical climate all year round. Day 3: Tour of Mahe’s Capital, Eden Viewpoint, Takamaka Distillery, and Anse Royale Beach Tour of Mahe Island, Takamaka Distillery, Eden Viewpoint, and Anse Royale Beach. We will visit the capital, Victoria, and its historical part. While exploring the city, we will enjoy the colorful sight of early 20th-century stone and wooden houses, thanks to the vivid facades, shutters, and balustrades. Victoria has two main centers, one of which is located around the Clock Tower – a replica of the clock tower from Vauxhall Bridge in London and a symbol of Seychelles, located at the center of the northern roundabout. The other center surrounds the Sir Selvin Selvin Clarke Market, which is about a five-minute walk from the Clock Tower. Built in 1840, it was named after the French governor who personally built the stalls for selling goods from local farmers and fishermen. This market is truly worth visiting, especially on Saturday mornings, when it becomes a hive of activity – including fish, spices, and exotic fruits for sale. There is also a café where you can sit and absorb the intense colors, sounds, and smells of the market while enjoying breakfast or a light lunch. One of the most visited and beloved places in Seychelles, especially among photographers, is the brightly decorated Hindu temple for the god Vinaiagara. This colorful building on Quincy Street was built in 1992 and serves as a place of worship for about 5,000 Hindus living in Victoria. Those willing to remove their shoes and leave them at the entrance can visit the small temple outside of ceremony hours. Our next stop is the Eden Viewpoint, which offers an incredible view of Victoria, followed by a visit to the Takamaka Distillery where we will learn about the process of making the most famous Seychelles rum. You can also enjoy tasting six types of rum for an additional cost of around 10 EUR per person. The rest of the day will be spent on one of Seychelles' enchanting beaches – Anse Royale, where we will capture the most interesting photographs. Return to accommodation. Day 4: Optional Excursion - Anse Major Beach Free day or optional excursion to Anse Major Beach, one of the most beautiful hidden beaches on Mahe. With organized transportation, we will reach the start of the trail and take a leisurely 1-hour walk (around 2 km) to this enchanting hidden beach. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. A local meal, including specialties like rice, grilled fish, curry, etc., will be provided at the beach. There is also a bar where you can buy drinks and refresh with exotic fruits and local beverages. After the excursion, we will return to accommodation by the same route. Day 5: Morne National Park, Port Glaud Lagoon, and Port Launay Beach Tour of Seychelles' largest national park – Morne, where we will enjoy observing the local flora and fauna and resting at spectacular viewpoints of the island. A more challenging hiking route will take us to the highest peak in Seychelles - Morne. Afterward, we will relax and unwind at some of the most beautiful beaches on Mahe – Port Glaud Lagoon and Port Launay. Return to accommodation. Day 6: Optional Excursion - Praslin and La Digue Islands Free day or full-day optional excursion to Praslin and La Digue Islands. The day begins with a morning cruise to the neighboring island of Praslin, the second-largest in Seychelles. We will visit the famous Anse Lazio Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Surrounded by granite rocks, tall palms, Takamaka trees, and the turquoise blue ocean, this beach is a true paradise. After visiting Praslin, we return to the boat and cruise to La Digue. Upon arrival, we enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the Creole restaurants on the island. This island has preserved its traditional way of life, and today you can explore it by bicycle, on foot, or in open trucks. We will visit one of the most beautiful beaches – Anse Source d’Argent, known for its spectacular granite rocks. Enjoy and admire the beauty around us. Return to accommodation. Day 7: Visit to the Most Beautiful Beaches on the Island: Petite Anse, Anse Soleil, Anse Intendance The day is reserved for swimming and sunbathing at Seychelles' most beautiful beaches! Our first stop is Petite Anse Beach, accessible through the luxurious Four Seasons Resort. The return from the beach is quite a challenge, as we have to go uphill to get to our transportation, so comfortable shoes are recommended. We then head to Anse Soleil and Anse Intendance beaches. We will sunbathe, swim, and enjoy local delicacies and cocktails at the beach bars. Return to accommodation. Day 8: Free Day or Optional Excursion to St. Anne Marine National Park Free day or optional excursion to St. Anne Marine National Park, which is a beautiful small archipelago, some of which are connected by a sandbar and can be crossed on foot from one island to another. The beaches are wild and exude incredible beauty. Return to accommodation.
